Individually produced tools enable the manufacturing of glass parts with very exact internal and/or external dimensions.
The modification of existing plants and components and/or their repair, the preparation of ampuls, evacuating and melting of the ampuls, filled by users as well glass-to-glass-sealings between different glasstypes, metall-glass-sealings, glass-ceramic-sealings, UV-restraining coating of glassapparatus by diffusion colouring in the furnace are possible.
By contacts to external companies of the ranges building of large-scale glassapparatus, silvering of glassapparatus, laserprocessing (cutting, marking and melting) water-jet-cutting of glass, treatment of glass with ultrasonic grinding machines and sintering of glass the manufacturing spectrum is complete.
