I’m a materials scientist and physicist joining KIT as a Young Investigator Group Preparation Program Fellow on thin films and printed electronics for sensing applications. I hold a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology & Advanced Materials; my expertise spans ALD, inkjet printing, PLD, sputtering, and CVD of ultrathin oxides, TMDs, 2D heterostructures, cleanroom microfabrication, and operando characterization—translating materials innovations into system-level prototypes. Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher in TU Delft’s Dynamics of Micro&Nanosystems, with Profs. P. G. Steeneken, M. K. Ghatkesar, F. Widdershoven, and M. van der Veen, contributing to NextGenHightech and NWA projects. I have supervised bachelor’s and master’s, served on MSc examination committees, and taught Thin Film Materials and Opto-Mechatronics. I’m a reviewer of 250+ papers, an editor for 5 journals/books, and an author of 60+ peer-reviewed publications with active participation in international conferences.
